Good morning from Avignon. Today we’re Strolling the historic district and the popes castle. Did you know the Catholics owned this city for over 400 years until the French Revolution!? A morning walk and then we drive west to Avignon! Today we visit Menton, France. Another beautiful seaside village on the south coast. Almost into Italy. We're looking forward to the Sunday market!! Stay with me in stories for more fun updates. 💕🥐🇫🇷🧀Happy Sunday. My granny loved churches. I went to Europe for the very first time with granny. The churches were always her favorite. She loved visiting new England because of the churches too. So today, I lit a candle in an old church just for my granny. I miss her very much. 💕⛪ My friend and I are traveling around the south of France 🇫🇷. We're starting in Eze. A beautiful seaside down just a bit east of Nice. After a few days of exploring, we” all head west to Aix en Provence and Avignon! Beautiful weather, and everything is lush and in full bloom. And of course the houses! The houses are unique. This is our view from our airbnb 🥰 Sometimes I'm bursting with creativity, and then there are days when I've got nothing!
